Siân Evans B.A.(Hons) Lic.Ac, MBAcC Licensed Acupuncturist, Stratford upon Avon

I qualified from The College of Traditional Acupuncture (CTA) Hatton with a BA (Hons) Degree and  a License to practise Acupuncture, completing three years of full time study .  CTA was the oldest college in Europe specialising in Five Element Acupuncture until its closure in 2012.   I went on to spend six months treating outpatients and staff at Myton Hospice and now treat from my clinic in Stratford upon Avon. 

Over the years I have  treated a variety of conditions but do have a keen interest in fertility and the positive affects acupuncture can have on medically assisted fertility treatments such as IVF and IUI. Since 2013 I've had great success rates with many Acubabies!

I keep my skills up to date, completing many hours a year of CPD.  The majority is furthering my knowledge in the different forms Acupuncture but also subjects that are of interest such as Tung, Auricular, Fertility, Facial Acupuncture and treating pain.  

Most recently I completed a MASCED Accreditation. The Masced accreditation programme has been developed by national melanoma and skin cancer charity, SKCIN. The Objective of the Scheme is to significantly raise awareness of the early signs and symptoms of skin cancer and to promote early signs and symptoms of melanoma, to improve prognosis and save lives. 

​Sian Evans Acupuncture is fully registered with the British Acupuncture Council and also registered on the Aviva database of healthcare practitioners.

Since April 2017 I have worked as a Clinical Supervisor for the Acupuncture Academy, Leamington Spa. The role includes supervising third year clinical students treat their own patients, advising on diagnosis, treatment planning and successful completion of assessments.  

I now use my 10 years experience to offer supervision and mentorship to graduates setting up their practise and established practitioners that may want to talk through treatment plans, patient care or the development of their business.
